His research interests primarily centre on GIScience and the applications, especially on the topics of 3D Spatial Data Infrastructure and Spatial Data Visualization.

Open source solutions serving your community needs, can then benefit every other city! Our team sent the “Smart Pollen Monitoring” web application a 3D web application facilitating a simulation of tree-pollen dispersal with routing functionality. (http://smartpollenmonitoring.info) As a result, we had been invited to the final round as the top 6 best projects. Finally, we had won the 2nd Prize Award & Best Collaboration Team Award.
